Make Sagudana Khichadi
In the Navratri, worship and worship of Maaya in the fast, along with what the
devotees have to take the most attention is the rules of fasting. During fasting, food has to be taken very carefully. Since there is
now a summer season, it does not feel like eating anything but it does not even know what to do with light and fun. If you are
thinking of doing something good in Navratri fast then make Sabadhana
khichadi. It is a nutritious diet to be eaten in fasting. So let's know how to make it-
Soak Sabudana for at least 3 hours. After that, remove the water from it and boil the potatoes and peel them. Grind roasted
peanuts and make the powder well. After this mix the peanut powder, salt and sugar together with sago.
Now heat the ghee in a pan and in it first roast cumin until it becomes brown. After this add stiff leaf and green chilli in it.
Ginger the ginger in it now. Fry it until the scent of ginger is gone. Then add potatoes in it and mix it for 1-2 minutes. After that
add sago. When Sabbudana leaves its color and roast till it becomes transperant.
After all, add coconut and mix well and stop the gas. Then add coriander leaves and lemon juice and serve it.
